Located on 6 Ramsgate Road in Singapore, the Six Ramsgate Residence is rested on a 1200 square meter site area with a built-in area measuring 855 square meter. The residence was built for a client who desires for a home with a perception of substantial private space. As a consequence, the project has resulted in the development of a spatial program that internalizes spaces such as pools and gardens normally regarded as external to the envelope of the house. As the energy efficiency component, the building organizes environmental transparencies at ground level and between courtyards important in passively cooling the house. Architects from Wallflower Architecture + Design completed this residence 2009.
